Sirona Recovery's Youth CCS programming provides services to youth and their families, which is focused on building strengths, identifying barriers, and facilitating targeted interventions. A care plan is created and updated to assist youth and their families in establishing and meeting their desired goals. Participation in CCS is voluntary and serves youth who are experiencing substance use and/or mental health challenges through screening and assessment, service planning, and service facilitation. Our program provides these services through the lenses of person-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed care.
